The first place I visited when I arrived in Geneva was St. Pierre Cathedral, the main cathedral in the city. In order to get there, you have to take a little hike through la terrasse Agrippa-d’Aubigné. The cathedral dates from the 12th century and it’s known especially as the home church of John Calvin, one of the leaders of the Protestant Reformation.
By the way, this is my 1000th post. I can’t believe it! 🙂 Here’s to another 1000!
