My final post from Aix – en – Provence had to have another fountain. This was my favorite. It’s called Moussue because it’s covered with a thick layer of moss. This is actually a hot water fountain, the water is about 34°C, and it dates back to the Romans. It’s pretty cool, since the weather in the city is usually hot and dry, and right in the middle of Cours Mirabeau, there’s this big porous rock covered in hot water and moss.
